HR Technology Advisors, LLC (HRT), a leading HR, benefits and payroll technology consulting firm, today announced the launch of WorkLife Assistant, a combination of products and services designed to be integrated into the market leading HR and Benefits platforms such as ADP, Ascentis, bswift, Ceridian, Kronos, SuiteHR, Ultimate Software, and more, to create a more engaging employee experience. The new solution includes educational tools to help employees understand their benefits; other online resources to help employees create work-life balance; and additional services to promote and support physical, mental, and financial wellness. WorkLife Assistant helps employees balance their work lives and personal lives so that employers can have a more productive workforce.

“The expansion of web and mobile technologies in the HR area has created new opportunities for employers to engage their employees”, says Joe Markland, President of HRT. “The problem for many employers, though, is that while they may have the technology, they simply don’t have the time or resources to invest in creating a more engaging employee experience.”

WorkLife Assistant’s also includes “Insurance Carrier Storefronts” that gives insurance companies a place to add content such as videos, calculators, frequently asked questions, and other forms of content to help employees understand their benefits and make more informed buying decisions. Some insurance companies are also providing financial resources for the employer to help support employee education.

“We chose to launch this solution as an add-on to market-leading HR systems to make it easier for employers and employees”, adds Markland. “We believe that too many systems for employers and employees would be unmanageable for employers and detract from the employee experience. So we chose to engage employees on the systems they were already using.”

HRT is launching this solution through employee benefits brokers and insurance companies throughout the U.S.
